Please fill out, print and bring to the school to sign.
A non-refundable registration fee of $75 per year is payable to the North Toronto Institute of Music, before the first class commences.
Students are expected to attend a complete academic year of 40 lessons at a time mutually agreed upon with the teacher.
Lessons will be pro-rated for students registering after the term has started.
Refunds are not given for cancelled/missed lessons except under special circumstances, e.g. extended illness.
Lessons cancelled by the teacher will be refunded or rescheduled.
Three cancelled lessons (with timely notice) will be made up, one in each term, solely within the term lesson is cancelled. This is offered at the discretion and availability of the teacher.
Payment Schedule in Three Instalments:
1st Instalment and Registration
Due at first lesson
for 13 lessons
2nd Instalment
Due December 4, 2023
for Term 2: 14 lessons
3rd Instalment
Due April 1, 2024
for Term 3: 13 lessons
Fees may be paid by e-transfer.
If a student terminates lessons after instalment deadline or within the first four weeks of any term (September-December, January-March and April-June), 75% of the remaining fee for the term will be refunded.
After the fourth week, no refund will be provided for the remainder of the term.
Post-dated cheques will be returned/destroyed providing payment for all lessons is up to date.
